Shipping-
All shipping is done by weight or flat rate... we ship UPS only on weight items which shipping starts at $10. Flat rate shipping is with UPS or Priority.
Returns-
Returns are are alowed on clothing only.
We never give out your email and will only email you wanted information
occassionally if you subsribe to us. Register with us to recieve
promotional sales and earn points toward free gifts. We only send
registered customers information that benefits them. We recommend
that all customers register so we have your correct information incase a
problem ocurs with your order.
SHIPPING
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours or the next business day after
pament is cleared. All orders are shipped U.P.S. ground unless
otherwise specified when placing the order.
DAMAGES & SHORTAGES
Any damages or shortages must be reported to Couples Paradise within
24 hours of receipt of goods so we can contact the return department
withing the 48hr time period. All merchandise leaves our warehouse in
good condition. If any packages are delivered to you opened, tampered
with, retaped or damaged, please notify Couples Paradise immediately
and save all shipping cartons for U.P.S. inspection. These steps must be
taken to ensure credit for the damaged goods.
RETURNS
Store credit will only be issued on all cancled orders. Any clothing
purchased that needs to be exchanged for size must be done within 3
days after product is recieved and sent to the address recieved with
merchandise. Non-Clothing Orders - No returns -all sales are FINAL.
REFUSED ORDERS If Couples Paradise is at fault, your account will be
fully credited or the order wil be reshipped at our expense. On all other
refused orders, the customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus
all freight charges (to/from). If the customer wants the order to be
reshipped, the additional freight charges (to/from) will be added.
